Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the website at zenith-circuit.digital (the “Site”) and the basis on which Zenith Wealth Planning Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) provides its financial planning consultations and financial management guidance.
1. The Company
Zenith Wealth Planning Co., Ltd. is a Thai limited company registered in Thailand. Tax ID (TIN): 0105567890123, which also serves as the juristic-person registration number with the Department of Business Development (DBD). 2. What the Site provides
The Site describes the Company’s services and lets you send an inquiry. The content on the Site is general information about financial planning and financial organisation. It is not personalised financial advice, it is not investment advice, and it is not a solicitation to buy or sell any security or insurance product. Nothing on the Site creates an advisory relationship until a consultation is booked, confirmed in writing, and any agreed fee is accepted.
3. Inquiries and consultations
Submitting the inquiry form sends a POST request to the Company’s own
endpoint at /api/inquiry on this domain. The Company replies to inquiries
by email, in most cases within two working days. A consultation is scheduled
only after an appointment is confirmed in writing. The Company does not
accept walk-ins.
4. Scope of services and regulated activities
The Company provides financial planning consultations and financial management guidance. It does not execute trades, custody client assets, or sell insurance or securities products. Activities that require a licence under Thai law — securities dealing, investment advisory, insurance brokerage — are outside the Company’s scope; where they arise, the Company will say so and direct you to a licensed provider.
5. Fees
Fees are quoted in writing after the first consultation, based on the scope of work. The Company receives no commission on product placements. No fee is charged for an initial inquiry. Specific fee figures are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins; nothing on the Site is a price quote. Refund terms for paid engagements are set out on the refund page.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when you inquire and during any consultation, and to keep any credentials, account numbers and similar information under your own control. The Company does not take custody of your assets or your account access.
7. Intellectual property
The Site content — text, layout and imagery — is owned by the Company or used under licence. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without written permission. You may print or save pages for your own use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, the Company’s liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. The Company is not liable for losses arising from decisions you take based on general information on the Site before an advisory relationship exists.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Thailand, unless the Company and you agree in writing to another forum.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date below will be revised and the new version posted on this page.
