Process
How an engagement works
The process is deliberately uneventful. Most of the value is in the organisation step, not in a dramatic recommendation.
Step 1 — Inquiry
Write to us with a few lines on what you want to put in order. We respond by email, usually within two working days, with a suggested appointment time and a short note on what to prepare.
Step 2 — First consultation
A structured conversation, in person in Chiang Mai or by video. We lay out where you stand today, the aims you are working toward, and the distance between the two. No products are sold.
Step 3 — Written overview
After the session you receive a written overview of the structure we discussed, the gaps identified, and the next steps that make sense. It is yours to keep whether or not you continue.
Step 4 — Ongoing guidance (optional)
For households that want continuity, we set a recurring review cadence and check the plan against those statements on that schedule. Fees for ongoing work are quoted in writing before anything begins.
