This policy is written to comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562 / 2019). It describes what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us — through the inquiry form on this site, by email, or by phone. The data we collect from an inquiry typically includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The goal you select and the message you write
• The date and time of your inquiry

We do not collect browsing data, location data, or device fingerprints. This site runs no analytics and no external tracking. The only thing stored in your browser by this site is your cookie-consent choice (see the cookies page).

How inquiries are sent and received

The inquiry form on this site sends your data as a POST request to /api/inquiry, an endpoint on this same domain operated by the Company. Your inquiry is not routed through any third-party form service. It is received by the Company and used only to respond to your inquiry.

Purposes and legal bases

We process the personal data in your inquiry for these purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry — legal basis: performance of a contract entered into at your request, or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (PDPA Section 19).
• To prepare for a consultation — legal basis: your consent (PDPA Section 19), given when you submit the form.
• To keep records of past consultations for our own accounting — legal basis: legitimate interests of the Company and legal compliance.

We do not use your personal data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Retention

• Inquiry data that does not lead to an engagement: kept for up to 12 months after your last message, then deleted.
• Records of completed engagements: kept for the period required by Thai tax and accounting law, currently a minimum of five years, after which they are deleted unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

• Be informed about the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data;
• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data we hold;
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data;
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention duties;
• Withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out);
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand if you believe your rights have been breached.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only where necessary to respond to your inquiry, to meet a legal obligation, or with service providers who process data on our behalf under written contract — for example the hosting provider of this website and the email service that receives inquiries. Where any provider is located outside Thailand, we rely on the PDPA’s permitted cross-border transfer conditions.

Security

Inquiries are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to received inquiries is restricted to authorised individuals within the Company. We do not claim any system is perfectly secure; no system is.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date below will be updated and the new version published on this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
